As the Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting the firm's day-to-day operations and compliance requirements. Role:
- Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR, ledgers, reconciliations)
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Support audits and compliance activities
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements
- Contribute to a positive, energetic office atmosphere
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong math aptitude, proficiency with Excel
- Attitude: Positive, eager to learn, team-oriented
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping required—just a passion for numbers and teamwork!
