Summary: The Human Resources Intern will work with the Human Resources team to support the department with employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
• Help maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist with benefits administration and wellness program activities.
• Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
• Research HR best practices and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
