Primary Job Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a welcoming, courteous, and friendly manner
Processing the customer's in-store purchases and online grocery orders quickly and accurately
Reviewing new online orders and looking for notes or special requests
Following up with customers if there are any questions or a need for substitutions
Locating products in an efficient manner (being mindful of the freshness of the products)
Properly labeling orders and placing in the correct storage areas until pick-up
Notifying customers when their order is complete and ready for pick-up
Delivering online orders to customer vehicles
May be required to cashier as needed

Other responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls with the appropriate greeting and transferring when necessary
Confirming identification for alcohol purchases (in-store and online purchases)
Bagging customer purchases
Answering customer questions
Assisting in maintaining a clean and neat store

Schedule:

The typical schedule for this position is 8:30am-5:00pm, 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma/GED
Previous retail cashiering experience
Requires basic technology skills (i.e. iPad, computer, smartphone, etc.)
Customer service and time management skills
Must be able to frequently lift 5-25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
Must have holiday and weekend availability
