Velocity is seeking to hire a Field Operations Team Lead. The Field Operations Team Lead acts as a point of communication for our Velocity Field Technicians. This role will receive requests, transmit messages, and will schedule Velocity Field Technicians to customer sites. The position involves verifying arrivals and following up on scheduled appointments. Ideal candidates will be an excellent communicator and be able to remain calm and composed, especially in challenging situations.

The following shifts are available below. Must be able to train onsite during the day M-F 9am-5:30pm. Some occasional weekend work that can be done remotely.

M-F 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm
M-F 2pm-10:30pm

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES

As a Field Ops Team Lead with Velocity, expect to:

Schedule/maintain appointments for the jobs with the Velocity Field Technicians (VFTs).
Verify the VFTs are not missing their appointments.
Coordinate with multiple internal teams regarding VFT needs.
Coordinate and oversee critical dispatches.
Receive, prioritize, and resolve both internal and external escalations.
Assist in coordinating travel needs for VFTs.
Produce daily reports regarding specific KPI’s for Field Operations.

Consistently demonstrate an unconditional polite, professional, patient and courteous manner in dealing with callers, visitors and all employees.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED.
