Position Description This role is responsible for translating business strategy, enterprise priorities, and stakeholder demand into actionable roadmaps, informed recommendations, and clearly defined requirements that enable effective technology delivery and measurable business value. Operating as a key member of the Turner Information Services (IS) leadership team, the Senior Director serves as the connective layer between business engagement and delivery execution. The function ensures work is intentionally shaped, prioritized, and aligned before entering delivery, enabling IS to operate with greater transparency, consistency, and strategic focus. Essential Duties Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Turner business and operational leaders to navigate complex technology and operational decisions. Lead the intake, shaping, governance, and prioritization of work entering IS, ensuring work entering execution is intentional, well-defined, aligned to enterprise priorities, and ready for delivery. Lead the development of actionable insight supporting enterprise decision-making by delivering strategic and operational insights, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven analysis, enabling Turner leaders to make better-informed decisions with greater speed and confidence. Lead capability planning and technology roadmap development across Turner IS, ensuring technology investments are shaped with long-term value and organizational alignment in mind. Advance the maturity and effectiveness of the Turner IS operating model through scalable planning, governance, and advisory practices that improve workflow, reduce organizational friction, and increase delivery effectiveness. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Advisory Insights organization while fostering a consultative, analytical, and accountable culture. Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. Manage budgets, staffing plans, and vendor relationships. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
