SUMMARY
The Toledo Museum of Art Head Usher is an integral part of the Peristyle Theater. Head Ushers team up with our TMA Volunteer Ushers to provide and facilitate a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests. The Peristyle performance hall, inspired by ancient Greece, was built by the museum in 1933, and its stage has been graced by thousands of performers in the years since, including many performances by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra. Head Ushers make these events possible by leading our team of Volunteer Ushers with engaging visitors, distributing programs, taking tickets, guiding, and seating guests, and more.
