Job Description:

The GME Program Manager assists the Director and DIO with assuring the residency programs are prepared for accreditation site visits. This position conducts document reviews of all of the programs, coordinates the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accreditation site visits, and does preliminary review of programs’ ACGME Annual Accreditation Update to ensure all information is correct and up to date. In addition, the position develops and maintains modules in New Innovations and works directly with the Residency Program Coordinators to ensure deadlines are met, credentialing and onboarding of new residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or in lieu of, an Associate Degree with at least 5 years of graduate medical education experience
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of graduate medical education experience
• Knowledge of ACGME guidelines, required
