Job Description:
This Air Quality Technician (AQT) Journeyman is responsible for daily maintenance and repair of campus HVAC and refrigeration equipment including related preventive maintenance. Performance of HVAC and refrigeration maintenance activities support the department’s mission to ensure buildings and equipment operate as true assets in support of University and individual career goals. The incumbent is responsible for meeting work schedules and service requests, by providing effective and efficient maintenance workmanship and leadership
