Job Description:
The Coordinator, Marketing, Sales and Fan Experience will work as a member of the Intercollegiate Athletics Marketing Sales & Fan Experience staff and serve under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing, Sales & Fan Experience. This individual’s main responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing plans, game operations, promotional plans, ticket sales, sponsor activation for Men’s and Women’s basketball with the key focus on maximizing revenue, increasing fans attendance and enhancing the overall game day experience. Additionally, this individual will have the lead role in overseeing student engagement, serve as the liaison with student organizations and leaders as it pertains to increasing awareness and attendance. In addition assistant the marketing team with football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, softball and all other varsity sports with developing and implementing marketing and promotion plans to increase attendance, revenue, and fan experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 3 year of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in different platforms of social media.
• Ability to gain and maintain working knowledge of NCAA, MAC, and NCAA rules and regulations.

• Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong initiative to solve problems.
