The lab assistant will perform various general laboratory tasks in support of the principal investigator and other members of the research team. Must have motivation and capability of being trained to assist PI in new NIH research project.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related discipline required

Preferred Qualifications:

Self-motivated, general curiosity in science, and quick learner
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Proven ability to work independently.
Maintain confidentiality.
Maintain a good attendance record.
Dress in accordance to established guidelines.
Ability to multi-task.
