The Graphic Designer I at DRMP plays a pivotal role in conveying the company's brand identity and marketing message through visually appealing graphics, for proposals and other potential client materials. By collaborating with subject matter experts and following DRMP branding guidelines Graphic Designer I creates digital and print graphics that effectively communicate DRMP’s message. From concept to final design, the Graphic Designer I participates in the creative process, contributes ideas and ensures quality control on their own work.

What You'll Do:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Learns and applies DRMP branding, messaging, and marketing concepts.
  • Creates external graphics (digital and print) for pursuits projects from kick-off to completion with guidance to effectively communicate DRMP’s message.
  • Works with subject matter experts through the design process from concept to final design with guidance.
  • Performs quality control on own work according to team protocol.
  • Supports MarComm special initiatives.
  • Maintains graphics and marketing data.
  • Performs print production tasks.
  • Coordinates with vendors as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in a Graphics-related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with a PC.
  • Illustration and layout skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistency for corporate branding.
  • Ability to function in a team setting and provide and take direction from colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
