Atakapa Services, LLC. (A Waggoner Company) specializes in evaluating, maintaining and designing rehabilitation methods for sanitary sewer and storm drain infrastructure. We work with municipalities, wastewater utility contractors and engineering firms to inspect, clean, and rehabilitate their underground wastewater and drainage infrastructure. We provide a comprehensive range of services and reports to help our clients address the most complex sewer and storm drain operation and maintenance problems.

Responsibilities
The primary role of the Intern Technician will be providing technical support for field operations for drainage inventory assessment as part of citywide contract. The internship will start in May and be completed in August.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history
