Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Geoenvironmental Project Manager to assist with our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor scientists/engineers throughout projects, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, delivering solutions that meet client needs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Perform remedial investigations, construction oversight, and system operation and maintenance (O&M).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities for additional services and future projects.
  • Actively contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in interviews, and networking to expand client accounts.
  • Collaborate across MSG’s multidisciplinary teams and offices to deliver integrated solutions while supporting growth of the firm’s service lines.
  • Balance field work, client engagement, and project management responsibilities while staying organized and responsive to shifting project demands.
  • Travel to jobsites and other MSG offices as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to work in a teaming environment, on a wide variety of environmental projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with experience supporting business development activities (proposals, presentations, networking).
  • Positive client interaction skills, detailed oriented, excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience & knowledge in conducting soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, soil gas and indoor air sampling.
  • Project management experience.
  • OSHA 40 hour and HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
