What are the core responsibilities for the role?

  • Work as part of the Site Civil team of engineers and project managers with planning, design, analysis, and documentation of Site Civil Engineering projects.
  • Support preparation of drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis under supervision.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company quality standards.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • A Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Strong academic performance and foundational knowledge in engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful engineering projects.
