We are seeking a senior-level Digital Delivery Lead to advance model-based design and digital delivery practices across our engineering teams. This role provides technical leadership, workflow governance, and training support to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency on transportation projects.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

  • Lead and support digital delivery and BIM execution for roadway and infrastructure projects in alignment with DOT requirements.
  • Establish, document, and govern standardized digital delivery workflows, modeling practices, and project setup standards.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for OpenRoads Designer and related Bentley platforms.
  • Provide targeted BIM quality control and technical support on complex or high-risk projects.
  • Develop and deliver training, guidance, and best practices to elevate technical capability across teams.
  • Partner with project managers and discipline leaders to reduce rework and improve delivery consistency.
  • Support automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled improvements to engineering delivery.
  • Provide selective model-based visualization support for pursuits and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenRoads Designer; OpenBridge experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting or leading digital delivery/BIM efforts on transportation projects.
  • Knowledge of DOT standards, workspaces, and digital submission requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
