Job Summary
This Entry-level Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing the staffing agency agreements as the department focal point for these agreements. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to administer multiple staffing agreements simultaneously with multiple programs both direct and indirect. The candidate will be able to take on other related administrative tasks as they arise within the department.
This position's internal job code is Procurement Agent. Our team is currently hiring for a Level 2.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order creation process at Millennium
- Learn and understand the Costpoint System
- Creating PR and PO’s in support of contract staffing agreement requirements
- Providing support to staffing agreements by creating new staffing exhibits, managing weekly and monthly updates, interfacing with Programs to obtain program requirements for staffing candidates, managing the interface with the staffing agencies, and statusing the department and leadership as required
- Modifying staffing agreements as necessary and maintaining the staffing agreement repository
- Working with ISD to automate the current staffing system process
- Supporting IRAD projects by maintaining agreements and modifying IRAD agreements including contract closeout as necessary (minimal)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years Subcontracts experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years Subcontract Management experience

Summary Pay-Range
- Level 2: $64,600 - $95,000
