Slitter Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Holland, OH
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Seeking Production/machine operator in a clean, modern manufacturing facility producing high-quality food-grade and medical-grade plastic products.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, monitor, and shut down slitting, lamination, or extrusion equipment.
• Monitor material production from complex machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
• Clean machinery, equipment, and production areas.
• Understand and follow detailed written work instructions, diagrams, and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must Pass Drug Screen
• Must Pass Background Check
• Minimum of 18 months of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong basic math skills, including:
• Calculating and using decimals accurately
• Ability to read and interpret detailed written instructions, production documents, and diagrams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 6 feet when required.
• Good vision, including depth perception and the ability to distinguish product quality
