CNC Machinist

Location: Toledo, OH 43528
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18-$23 (CNC experience required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes while maintaining high-quality standards and tight tolerances. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain quality standards and production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
