Investment & Trading Associate

Join a respected wealth management firm as an Investment & Trading Associate. This apprentice-style role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investment professionals while gaining hands-on experience in portfolio management, trading operations, investment reporting, and client support.

What You'll Do

• Execute equity and fixed-income trades
• Obtain competitive bond bids and coordinate with brokers
• Monitor open orders and ensure trade settlement accuracy
• Maintain investment and pricing data within portfolio systems
• Prepare client, board, and investment performance reports
• Support portfolio officers with client communications
• Manage advisory and external account trading activities
• Assist with Bloomberg reporting, portfolio analytics, and market research
• Support regulatory reporting and audit readiness initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of investment, finance, or trading experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software
• Knowledge of equity and fixed-income markets
