Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Toledo, OH
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician . This position requires strong electrical mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability, and experience repairing and replacing parts in an industrial setting

Must pass Background check and Drug screening

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
• Diagnose and repair 480V electrical systems and electric motors
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on:
• Conveyors
• Rollers
• Hydraulic systems
• Pneumatic systems
• Mechanical equipment
• Read and use voltmeters and electrical testing equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, relays, motors, and industrial components
• Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience required
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills required
• Must be able to safely work with 480V systems
• Must know how to read and use a voltmeter
• Experience with:
• Electric motors
• Conveyors
• Pneumatics
• Hydraulics
• Mechanical systems
• Formal technical education, vocational training, or apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production facility experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Experience with industrial controls and motor starters preferred
• Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship or Education preferred
