Recruiter / Staffing Manager

Starting at $43K + Commission | Full‑Time | In‑Person

We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter / Staffing Manager to help connect great talent with great companies while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of roles (General Labor, Skilled Trades, Office/Clerical, and more)
• Administer drug screens and background checks
• Fill open job orders quickly with the most qualified candidates
• Provide outstanding customer service and consistent follow‑up with clients and employees
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow ISO procedures
• Conduct weekly quality‑control check‑ins with clients and placed employees
• Attend job fairs, network, and build strong referral pipelines
• Meet agreed‑upon billing and performance targets

What You Bring

• Strong multitasking ability and sense of urgency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Solid computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑moving environment
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
