Job Title: Landscaper / Groundskeeper

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper/Groundskeeper for year-round outdoor work. This position requires working in all weather conditions and performing a variety of physically demanding landscaping and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate zero-turn mowers (experience required)
• Perform general landscaping duties including trimming, weed whacking, and grounds cleanup
• Maintain outdoor areas to a high standard of appearance
• Assist with various outdoor labor tasks as needed
• Safely operate company vehicles when required

Requirements

• Mandatory experience operating a zero-turn mower (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor labor
• Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Basic handyman skills and ability to use hand tools

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hour
• Full-time, consistent schedule
