Job description:

Our Client in Toledo is seeking experienced CNC operators, CNC machinists, CNC mill operators, CNC lathe operators, and CNC programmers to join their team.

Job Title: CNC Machinist 1st shift or 3rd shift
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3nd Shift: 8:00 PM-6:30 AM (Will Train on 1st)

Job Overview

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate. Candidates MUST HAVE prior CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We are hiring experienced CNC operators, CNC machinists, CNC mill operators, CNC lathe operators, and CNC programmers

Responsibilities

• Review routing and setup specifications to determine machining sequence and dimensions
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Set up CNC machines, including tooling and fixtures
• Assemble and install cutting tools using hand tools
• Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and tooling as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Machine experience (required)
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Must pass a tape measurement test
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of general safety procedures
• Ability to meet production goals
• Must Pass Background Check and Drug Screening
