Recruiter
Starting at 43K plus Commission
We’re looking for a results-driven Recruiter / Staffing Manager interested in working in the staffing industry to actively seek out and engage customer and Employees. Will be recruiting candidates, interviewing, conducting Drug screens, running Background Checks and filling open job orders with the most qualified candidates.
Must be able to multitask, highly experienced in Customer Service and follow up . Have a strong sense of urgency and good computer skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Screening, testing, interviewing, providing orientation, hiring and firing.
- Administer recruiting programs for potential applicants through referrals, job fairs, networking, etc
- Fill job orders with most qualified candidates
- Strong Customer Service and follow up
- Maintain and document records
- Follow procedures and ISO standards
- Recruiting for General Labor, Skilled Trades and Office Skills in all Industries
- Fast paced environment
- Quality Control follow up with all clients/employees on a weekly basis
- Achieve agreed upon billing targets and outcomes within schedule
- Must have a Valid Drivers License / Insurance and dependable transportation.
