Cook / Food Service – Waterville, OH

Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday with every other weekend off

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Mid Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary
Seeking a reliable Cook/Food Service worker to prepare meals using daily menus, recipes, and production sheets while maintaining food safety and a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and production sheets

• Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, and vegetables

• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, kettles, fryers, steamers)

• Follow HACCP food safety and sanitation procedures

• Label, date, and rotate food items

• Maintain clean work areas and equipment

• Operate mixers, bakery equipment, and other kitchen machines

• Attend required trainings

Requirements

• Lift 25 lbs regularly, 50–100 lbs occasionally

• Stand for extended periods

• Follow basic instructions and recipes

• Basic math skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Dress Code: Black pants, closed-toe non-slip shoes, T-shirt
