We are seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to assist with serving meals to residents and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen area. This role helps create a positive dining experience while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

Serve food to residents from the serving area
Assist residents with trays, opening packages, and cutting food when needed
Monitor meal attendance and report absent residents
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and trays using commercial dish equipment
Clean kitchen, serving areas, and dining room
Sweep and mop kitchen floors; vacuum dining areas
Stock supplies such as sugar, salt, and paper products
Assist with basic food prep including salads, vegetables, meats, and desserts
Support resident-centered activities when needed

Requirements

Ability to read and follow simple instructions
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division for inventory)
Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and 25–50 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
