Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and heavy equipment
Maintain and repair conveyors, grinders, separators, and other processing machinery
Perform welding and fabrication repairs (MIG and stick as needed)
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, switches, and control systems
Perform pipefitting tasks including hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid lines
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain maintenance logs and work order documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic in an industrial setting
Experience working on forklifts, conveyors, and heavy machinery
Welding experience required
Pipefitting experience (hydraulic, pneumatic, or process piping)
Ability to read manuals, schematics, and basic drawings
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/industrial conditions
