Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hardworking and fearless Industrial Cleaner to join our team at a grain facility. In this vital role, you’ll ensure the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of our 100-foot-tall steel tanks and other facility structures. If you're comfortable with heights, enjoy physical work, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize the interiors of 28 steel tanks and 3 large concrete towers.
Remove grain, dust, and debris by sweeping, shoveling, and manual cleaning inside bins and silos.
Climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks — up to 100 feet high — to access all cleaning areas.
Maintain accurate logs of cleaning tasks and promptly report any maintenance needs or hazards.
Follow all safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and compliant work environment.
Assist with various tasks such as loading trucks, shoveling debris, & more.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in industrial, custodial, or warehouse cleaning is preferred.
Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout a full shift.
Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
