Dress- Jeans, hard sole workboots Warehouse is not heated/ ac. Dress for weather. Employee will do a "forklift test" with the plant mgr to ensure they can in fact drive a forklift. 20-40 min test. Must be "more experienced" than normal moving pallets in a warehouse. Safety is first yet they must be quick. EE will be moving pallets and skids of paper in and out of semi trucks and also within the warehouse. Some paper bales do not have pallets. This is a long term position - medical, dental, 401k and vacation offered after being hired and working for 6 months with Gateway. Recycling facility - can be dusty - client does have masks if ee would like them and/or has breathing issues/asthma. VERY fast paced facility. Lift 75# at most. May be in and out of warehouse and in the yard as needed. EE's will sign in daily on a group timesheet Gateway has at the warehouse office.
