See job description saved in job order 2022 k drive Physical Requirements - • Able to move between work stations. • Able to stand or sit for long periods throughout the workday. • Able to lift or team lift up to 25 pounds Responsibilities - • Responsible for the inspection of bare circuit boards to IPC standards prior to their use. Responsible for the inspection of printed circuit board parts and assemblies applicable to IPC standards. • Read and understand customer’s drawings, specifications and requirement documentation related to PCB assembly (i.e. Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Orders (MO) • Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to operator for immediate correction. • Quality issue escalation. • Understand IPC specifications as related to PCB & Assembly manufacturing. • Read, understand and comply with ISO & AS9100 procedures and work instructions. • Verify material conformance to specifications. Interprets company and industrial specifications. • Create and maintains inspection plans, and logs • Inspect electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies per manufacturing drawings and bill of materials. • Ensure required re-work or repair meets acceptable criteria. • Inspect all work to quality standards before passing on to the next operations. • Keep supervisor informed of all unresolved and/or potential problems that would negatively affect production schedules. • Complete required paper work neatly and accurately. • Provide support to co-workers and Production Manager on all production assignments and work in other departments and/or miscellaneous assignment as instructed. • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
