1st shift 4:35am- 12:45pm

Employee will learn the operation of a specialized machine that weaves fibers onto nets, producing what we call "blankets".

Tasks- Loading hay onto the nets and then carefully packaging the finished products onto pallets. This includes shrink-wrapping large rolls from the machine, securing them with bands, and organizing them onto skids for shipping. Employees may also operate a forklift to transport the skids to designated areas. During shift, employee will primarily be on their feet. The role requires physical stamina, as employee will be walking and standing throughout.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift.

While prior forklift experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory, as training will be provided. Additionally, employees will receive thorough instruction on sewing fibers onto nets, ensuring quality control through pre-inspections before machine operation. Regular maintenance is essential; Employees will be responsible for replacing machine threads. Employee will participate in packaging and labeling the products and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements
No Allergies to straw, dust, coconut, or wood chips.

Facility is not climate controlled.

NO baggy clothing. Shorts or jeans are acceptable.

Steel toe shoes or Composite toe is required.
