Looking for an entry-level Software and Mobile App Support candidate

with customer service and technical skills to join the team!

In this role, you will test mobile applications, support the conversion of native apps to Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), and provide direct customer support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with updating and publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document and track issues using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide customer service support by taking calls, listening to customer needs, diagnosing software and app-related issues, and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.

Requirements Include:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively and patiently with end users with a strong emphasis on phone-based support.
  • Proficiency in both Mac and PC systems, with adaptability in navigating different OS environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about app functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating and tracking help ticket cases as well as clear bug reporting and teamwork.
  • Understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills for tracking and following up on issue tickets.
  • Longevity on resume (more than a year at each previous job)
  • NO felonies or misdemeanors and must be able to pass a Drug Screen.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Pay:

  • $17/hr.-$18/hr. depending on experience
