The SPW Plant Lead will guide the plant in an operational shift toward SPW as a way of running the business. The SPW Plant Lead will work directly with the Plant Manager to identify gaps in plant structure, KAI’s and KPI’s that impede SPW. The SPW Plant Lead will also drive managerial pillar aspects into Technical Pillars, generate reports as required, take on various other assignments as needed; and lead SPW audit readiness and shop floor reviews.
