Typical responsibilities of the Marketing/Communications/Spangler Candy World Intern include:
- Assist with social media marketing, website upkeep for Spangler Candy World
- Assist with sales and inventory analysis at Spangler Candy World
- Assist with visitor experience recommendations at Spangler Candy World
- Assist with merchandising recommendations at Spangler Candy World
- Assist with overall marketing plans for Spangler Candy World
- Research and update Spangler Candy World history kiosks
- Research Spangler Candy Company history from 2006 until 2025 for possible book extension
- Assistance with other marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Marketing or Business Major
- Experience in social media and website marketing with emphasis on retail preferred
- Retail marketing, merchandising, and inventory experience preferred
