Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift - Toledo, OH

Join our team as a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor, where your experience in food distribution and passion for precision will drive our nightly operations and ensure every order exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of overnight warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order selection and shipment.
• Promote and enforce safety-first practices in partnership with our Safety Team; support incident investigations when needed.
• Champion compliance with AIB and HACCP standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates—driving accountability, teamwork, and performance.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience in a warehouse environment (food distribution preferred).
• A proven ability to build trust, motivate teams, and deliver results in a high-volume setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BFC TruckBuilder or similar tools is a plus.
