Warehouse Supervisor – Toledo, Ohio
We’re looking for an outstanding Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Toledo, OH. We are looking for a strong supervisor with experience in food distribution with a deep interest and passion for ensuring excellent customer service. You should be experienced in managing others, as well as experience in food distribution.
What you will do:
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations to ensure orders are being selected and shipped according to customer’s order.
- Ensure warehouse operations are performed according AIB and HACCP regulations and safe work practices.
- Work in conjunction with Safety Team on ensuring a safe warehouse and assist with accident investigations as needed.
Who you are:
- Someone who has earned your Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply change or related major or has a minimum (5) years of experience in supervising people and preferably in food distribution.
- Passionate to motivate and supervise a team of hourly associates Strong leadership skills.
- Experience with BFC TruckBuilder software a plus.
