Summary/Objective
Provides administrative support and client support to the Treasury Management department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provides new account opening and supports and processes maintenance requests for Treasury Management and Deposit officers.
2. Responds to client calls and emails in the absence of a Treasury Management officer. Attend meetings and appointments with clients as needed.
3. Meets with officers regularly to support the management of their client portfolio.
4. Prepares service charge reviews and relationship reviews for meetings with clients.
5. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements; stays updated on banking laws and regulations.
6. Completes departmental reports and special projects.
