Summary/Objective
Develop and deepen personal and business client relationships by delivering Gold Standard Service. Use financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to financial needs contributing to the success of the bank.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of new personal and business client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships. Proactively meets with clients both in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, discover financial needs, and offer needs-based solutions.
2. Works in partnership with Treasury Management, Personal Lending, and Commercial Lending to connect clients to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
3. Maintains accurate client record files; prepares documents thoroughly and carefully to avoid unnecessary delays in opening the client’s account(s).
4. Assist tellers with complex transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, reducing operational and fraud risk.
5. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements; stays updated on banking laws and regulations.
6. Provides non-transaction processing support for the Transaction Coordinators. Conducts audits on teller cash drawers and assist with vault balancing.
7. Provides support for the Receptionist; greet all clients, maintain professional appearance of the lobby, and observation of lobby traffic and client coordination with other bank staff for assistance.
