Summary/Objective

Responsible for coordinating card-related activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily card operations including issuance, activation, maintenance, and dispute resolution.
  2. Provide exceptional service to cardholders and internal staff by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  3. Monitor transaction activity for potential fraud and assist in fraud mitigation efforts.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Assist in updating policies, procedure manuals and other print materials for changes.
  6. Manage online access to credit card products including setup and training.
  7. Reviews various reports for credit and debit card programs.
  8. Perform Card Services duties with limited involvement in Online Banking and Wire Transfer functions.
