Summary/Objective

Prepares loan documentation according to Bank’s policies; assists in booking and disbursement of loans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze loan structures in order to prepare commercial loan documents in compliance with Bank’s policies and loan approvals.

2. Prepare loan documentation checklists and assign loan coding information on Bank’s loan tracking program (Versigo).

3. Work with commercial loan officers and their administrative support teams to facilitate loan closings.

4. Obtain and/or review necessary information for commercial loan closings, including but not limited to corporate good standings, UCC searches, mortgage title insurance, and flood zone verifications.

5. Book new commercial loans.

6. Perform post-closing loan reviews to confirm document accuracy and to identify missing or incorrect documents.
