Outlet Store Furniture Builder – Holland, Ohio
Join our team at the Holland Outlet Store and help create a delightful shopping experience for our customers. We’re looking for a hands-on team member to assemble furniture pieces with care and precision. This is a part-time role with flexible hours—approximately 16 hours per week. The store is open 7 days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture accurately and efficiently using provided components.
- Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, pneumatic tools) as needed.
- Follow visual guides and instructions to ensure proper assembly.
- Confirm all parts are securely fitted and aligned.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more than 80 lbs—with equipment and team support available.
- Follow safety protocols when lifting, using tools, and working in the store environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as missing or misaligned parts.

PAY SUMMARY
The hourly wage for this position is $15.50/hour.
