Join our team at the Holland Outlet Store and help create a delightful shopping experience for our customers. We’re looking for a hands-on team member to assemble furniture pieces with care and precision. This is a part-time role with flexible hours—approximately 16 hours per week. The store is open 7 days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture accurately and efficiently using provided components.
Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, pneumatic tools) as needed.
Follow visual guides and instructions to ensure proper assembly.
Confirm all parts are securely fitted and aligned.
Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more than 80 lbs—with equipment and team support available.
Follow safety protocols when lifting, using tools, and working in the store environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as missing or misaligned parts.

Time management: Efficiently completing tasks.
Flexibility: Adapting to different furniture styles and types.

PAY SUMMARY

The hourly wage for this position is $15.50/hour.
