Your application to this posting will ensure you are considered for all open manufacturing production positions, which includes packing, machine operating, forklift operating, and order picking. 1st shift starts at $15.50 or $16.50/hour and 2nd & 3rd shifts have a $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year—earn up to $20/hour in year one.
EXPERIENCE:
No experience necessary, we will train you!
Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run and monitor production in order to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
- Maintain area according to 5S policy.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner.
- Ability to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Open to feedback.
- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks.
- Must abide by Sauder Woodworking safety policies and procedures.
