1) The position will involve carrier sales, negotiation, truck booking. This includes:
- Negotiate and book loads with Polaris’ existing carrier base or with new carriers.
- Develop new carrier relationships to provide capacity for Polaris' customers loads.
2) The position includes making outbound and answering inbound phone calls.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, computer knowledge working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Preferred Education and Experience
- Related degree in logistics preferred but not required. Two (2) years of prior logistics experience is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary ranges from $45,000-$65,000/year depending on industry experience.
- PTO, 401k, health insurance, and more are available after a 90 day probation period.
