The Program Quality & Readiness Leader is accountable for ensuring Owens Corning’s roofing strategies move from concept to fully enabled, executable, and scalable market solutions. This role provides end-to-end ownership for aligning forward-looking market strategy (insurance, warranty, field technical, and quality assurance) with roofing program capabilities, stewardship, and field enablement, translating emerging market and competitive trends into repeatable, clear, executable program solutions.
This leader safeguards credibility, reduces risk, and strengthens Owens Corning’s differentiation. Acting as a senior integrator across Strategic Marketing teams and Sales, this role aligns strategy to execution, eliminates fragmentation, and establishes disciplined operating rhythms and decision frameworks across the program lifecycle. Through proactive evaluation of market shifts, contractor needs, and performance insights, the Program Quality & Readiness Leader enables sustainable growth by reinforcing contractor trust and driving long‑term enterprise value.

Program Strategy and Integration
- Support the Strategy Team and stakeholders in assessing market signals, program performance, and risks, recommending actions to protect program integrity and customer outcomes.
- Partner with the Contractor Engagement Team to track market and competitive dynamics and contractor feedback, identify threats, and drive timely program, policy, or enablement updates.
- Synthesize insights across Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Operations to scale standards, expand into adjacent segments, and shape Components Loyalty Program strategy, feeding inputs into program evolution, warranty strategy, and go-to-market decisions.
- Advance program capabilities by supporting cross‑functional partners to define needs, standards, and operating rigor, leveraging Roofing program learnings to accelerate adoption and execution.
- Steward core offerings by balancing innovation with disciplined evaluation to ensure initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to Roofing Strategy and adjacent growth priorities.
Market Growth and Readiness Strategy
- Partner with Strategy to assess insurance‑driven growth markets and carrier trends, understanding homeowner cost impacts and contractor capacity to enable compliant, high‑quality roofing installations at scale.
- Translate insurance and regulatory signals into differentiated go-to-market strategies for contractor programs, warranties, and supporting platforms that improve the in‑home value story and remove friction from insurance‑funded reroofing.
- Align cross‑functionally to deliver a coordinated insurance‑market play, integrating contractor enablement, claims support workflows, and system requirements, documentation standards, and customer communications for effective in‑market execution.
- Define insurance‑market readiness criteria for contractor programs and warranty offerings, including success metrics, decision rights, and governance to support disciplined program introduction and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate across Strategic Marketing to shape value propositions that connect Owens Corning system performance to insurer and homeowner outcomes, owning insurance strategy elements and program execution tied to the initiative.
- Lead cross‑functional planning to ensure insurance‑related program and warranty initiatives are fully enabled and operationally viable (training, tools, documentation standards, claims support processes, and contractor communications), positioned for sustained adoption, improved customer experience, and profitable growth.
Roofing Warranty Strategy
- Define and evolve warranty strategies that drive differentiation, mitigate risk, and support Owens Corning growth priorities across targeted markets.
- Evaluate the performance and market impact of existing and new warranty offerings using defined success metrics, adoption indicators, and financial outcomes.
- Lead warranty design, launch readiness, and lifecycle optimization using evaluation criteria and decision frameworks.
- Partner cross‑functionally to assess warranty implications across performance and liability, compliance, finance, operations, insurance positioning, and long‑term scalability.
- Translate insights from the field, claims data, and market feedback into recommendations for warranty enhancements or portfolio evolution, partnering cross‑functionally to assess brand, product, and marketing implications.
Quality Assurance & Field Enablement
- Enable Field Technical and Quality Assurance teams to drive the readiness, execution, and continuous improvement of new programs and warranty strategies.
- Define how field insights, installation quality data, and post job walks inform program evolution and warranty design.
- Establish consistent frameworks, tools, and expectations for post job walks to ensure quality standards are clearly understood, measurable, and scalable.
- Partner cross‑functionally to translate field‑level findings into actionable improvements across product, warranty, training, and go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize post job walks, quality metrics, and field feedback loops to proactively identify gaps, validate program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Position Field Technical and Quality Assurance capabilities as a differentiating asset through execution excellence and risk mitigation.
Talent Growth and Development
- Lead direct reports, providing coaching and guidance to support annual objectives and professional growth.
- Offer support, resolve escalated issues, and ensure accountability for team deliverables.
- Drive productivity through continuous improvement, standardized processes, and regular performance feedback.
- Lead onboarding and capability development to build expertise and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish and nurture a talent pipeline by identifying, developing, and mentoring high‑potential team members to ensure sustained leadership and expertise across the organization.
- Champion safety leadership with direct reports by setting expectations, reinforcing safe work practices, and ensuring consistent adherence to safety standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in program leadership, product/program management, strategy, or commercial enablement (building materials/home improvement/insurance-adjacent).
- Proven ability to translate insights into requirements and lead launch readiness (governance, enablement, metrics, cadence).
- Knowledge of insurance/claims dynamics in roofing/building materials; able to partner with Legal/Compliance to manage risk.
- Experience building or governing contractor/customer programs (loyalty, warranty, claims support, training) and related partners/platforms.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; drives decisions and action across teams.
- People leadership experience and cross-functional influence; drives accountability through ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and business acumen; defines KPIs and uses performance/claims data to drive decisions.
- Willingness to travel up to ~50%.
