Head Coach Women's Soccer

• Ability to recruit a full roster, schedule games/practices, coordinate fundraising efforts, conduct effective practice sessions, keep an accurate inventory of equipment/supplies, oversight of student-athlete safety, direct game strategy, collaborate on field maintenance and market and promote the intercollegiate soccer program.

• Must work effectively with the players and other coaches.

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate's degree required.

• Previous coaching experience in soccer at the intercollegiate level preferred.

• Previous intercollegiate playing experience preferred.

• Previous club and or high school coaching experience required.
