Provides confidential administrative support and assistance to the Dean and Directors within Workforce and Community Services.
Essential Functions:
Provides confidential administrative support and assistance to the Dean and Directors
within Workforce and Community Services.
Maintains schedules for department meetings and conferences according to established guidelines with prospective students, advisory committees, students, vendors, and staff.
Manages communications and exchange of information as appropriate and taking messages for the Office of Workforce and Community Services.
Manages and creates correspondence, forms, monthly reports, etc.
Maintains files and records as needed for Workforce and Community services. Coordinates department travel
Prepares board reports for department for Board of Directors' meetings. Provides fill-in assistance within department when necessary.

Office machine Operation, Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Organizational skills, Minute-taking ability, Office Management

Minimum Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
2 -3 years of secretarial experience 1 year of computer experience
