Job Description:

The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and promotional support to the Career & Transfer Services and Advising Teams. The Career & Transfer Services Office is located in College Hall Room 130 at the Student Service Center on the Toledo-area campus.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and assemble promotional materials for events
  • Provide outreach to Students regarding resources and services
  • Assist with transfer fairs, job fairs, promotional tables, and other events as needed within Student Services Division
  • Maintain bulletin boards
  • Post and update flyers on campus
  • Operate basic office equipment (copier, paper cutter, hole puncher, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Basic Computer and Telephone Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Related details for the position:

  • $10.45 hourly wage, paid every other week via direct deposit.
  • 10-20 working hours per week, with flexibility around class schedule.
