Job Description:
Instruct AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) courses to pre professionals, professionals and lay persons in accordance with AHA guidelines in an energetic and understandable manner to a wide audience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- American Heart Association certified BLS PROVIDER and INSTRUCTOR.
1-3 years prior experience as a PROVIDER is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. - Energetic attitude.
Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer and Audio/Visual systems preferred.
Be physically able to perform CPR on a mannequin.
Be able to lift, move, bend, kneel, carry within reason. - Energetic attitude.

Essential Functions:
- Instruct AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) courses to pre professionals, professionals and lay persons in accordance with AHA guidelines in an energetic and understandable manner to a wide audience. Be able to answer basic questions regarding Anatomy and Physiology of the cardiac system. Be able to maintain equipment and use A/V materials.

Minimum Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- American Heart Association certified BLS PROVIDER and INSTRUCTOR.
1-3 years prior experience as a PROVIDER is preferred.
