Job Description:

** This position is open exclusively to current Students at Owens Community College who are eligible for Federal Work-Study.

The Human Resources Office Clerk provides clerical and office support to the Human Resources staff at the Findlay YMCA.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

-Computer skills

-Phone skills

-Customer Service

-Attention to detail

Essentials Functions

-General office duties including filing, scanning, copying, collating, stapling, sorting, and organizing paperwork

-Respond to phone calls to schedule and confirm appointments

-Take phone messages and relay information

-Data entry

-Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments using email and phone

-Assist with other general office tasks such as greeting members and applicants

-High school diploma or equivalent
