Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking and providing outstanding customer service? We’re on the lookout for a Cashier/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Greet and assist customers in completing transactions, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  • Maintain accurate records and balance cash at the end of each shift.
  • Deliver GREAT customer service using the GREAT model with every interaction.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the day and at closing.
  • Scan auto titles and dealer VIN sheets accurately.
  • Answer pricing inquiries and support customers with any questions they may have.
  • Maintain the cash payment approval letter file and retail marketing report.
  • Regular and timely attendance is essential for this role.
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize basic Excel skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications

What We Look For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is required.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Notary certification

Schedule:

  • Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM.
